Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Vista Azul Pools offers a free consultation and free 3D design for your project. We’ll discuss your goals, style, property, and budget, then help you understand the options available for creating your dream backyard.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Vista Azul Pools is fully licensed and insured. Our California contractor license is CSLB C-53 License #1157523. We believe homeowners should feel confident knowing their project is being handled by qualified professionals.
Do you only build pools?
No. In addition to custom pool construction, we offer pool remodels, pool demolition, hardscape, custom concrete, retaining walls, landscape improvements, and complete backyard transformations. Our goal is to create a cohesive outdoor living space—not just a swimming pool.
Can you remodel my existing pool?
Yes. We can update an existing pool with improvements such as new finishes, tile, coping, plaster, decking, lighting, automation, and water features. Whether you need a simple refresh or a complete pool and backyard transformation, we can help design a solution around your goals.

How much does a custom pool cost?
Every custom pool is different. Pricing depends on factors such as the pool’s size and shape, site conditions, property access, materials, equipment, decking, landscaping, and additional features such as spas, Baja shelves, waterfalls, fire features, or automation.
During your free consultation, we’ll learn about your project and prepare a detailed proposal based on your specific design and property.
How long does contruction take?
Vista Azul Pools offers a 3-Month Build Guarantee once construction begins. Our goal is to complete your swimming pool within three months from the day we break ground.The guarantee excludes delays related to weather, inspections, customer-requested changes, material availability, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
What is included in the pool construction process?
Our process is designed to guide you from the first conversation through completion:
• Free Consultation — We discuss your ideas, property, needs, and budget.
• Free 3D Design — We create a visual representation of your future backyard.
• Proposal & Financing — You receive a detailed proposal and can discuss financing options if needed.
• Construction — Our experienced crews begin building your project.

The exact construction scope will depend on the design and services included in your proposal.
Do you offer 3D designs?
Yes. 3D design is completely free as part of our consultation process. It allows you to visualize your pool and outdoor space before construction begins and gives us an opportunity to refine the design before moving forward.

Available programs may include flexible monthly-payment and term options through third-party financing providers. How do I apply for financing?

That depends on the financing provider and the type of credit inquiry used during the application process. Do you build outside of Riverside County?
Yes. We serve Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County, along with surrounding Inland Empire communities.
Projects outside our primary service area may be considered depending on location and project scope. Contact us with your property address or city and we can confirm availability.
Do you handle HOA approvals and permits?
Permit and HOA requirements vary by city, county, and community. During the planning process, we’ll identify the approvals that may be required for your project and explain the next steps. If your property is governed by an HOA, please let us know during your consultation so those requirements can be considered early in the design process.
